One of the hardest part about following any diet is the limitation of fruits. We’ve been taught from our childhood that we’re supposed to have large amounts of “healthy” fruits. On the other side, Fruits are high in fibers, loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, micronutrients etc. It's great to satisfy our sweet tooth and gives refreshing feeling to our soul 😊 I don’t think you need to rule out any fruit entirely, you just need to eat sensibly. Here is list of low carb fruits ideas if you are trying to loose weight-
- Raspberries – Half a cup (60 grams) contains 7 grams of carbs.
- Strawberries – Half a cup (100 grams) contains 7 grams of carbs.
- Blueberries – Half a cup (50 grams) contains 6 grams of carbs.
- Plum – One medium-sized (80 grams) contains 6 grams of carbs.
- Clementine – One medium-sized (75 grams) contains 7 grams of carbs.
- Kiwi – One medium-sized (70 grams) contains 8 grams of carbs.
- Cherries – Half a cup (90 grams) contains 9grams of carbs.
- Cantaloupe – One cup (100 grams) contains 9 grams of carbs.
- Blackberries – Half a cup (100 grams) contains 10 grams of carbs.
- Peach – One medium-sized (150 grams) contains 13 grams of carbs.
